Families with multiple children enrolled will received discounted rates. The discount is 25% for the 2nd child, 40% for the 3rd child and 65% for the 4th child.

Bus runs

We understand that getting to school can be difficult for some families, so Heritage College Knox offers bus services that pick students up from designated locations. These are flexible routes and are updated every year with new students joining the school.

Application for enrolment

At Heritage College Knox we're here to help you through what can be an exciting yet tough decision. We're here to understand what your expectations are and show what our school offers in terms of academic programs, ethos, amenities and culture. Enrolment process

Call Reception on 9739 8126 or email to register your interest and arrange for an Enrolment Pack to be sent out.

Book a tour of the College with your children.

Download and complete the below Enrolment Form. A form must be completed for each child.

Arrange an interview with our Principal and Enrolments Coordinator. They will discuss your application, the College ethos and values in more detail and give you an opportunity ask any questions you may have.

An application fee of $100 is payable per student. This can be paid via EFT or at the College Reception. EFT details are on the Enrolment Form.

Drop Your form in at Reception or email with all supporting documentation (including academic reports).

Liaise with our Enrolments Coordinator on the status of your application. Upon acceptance, you will receive our Stage 2 documentation, or be placed on our waiting list.  

Complete Stage 2 documentation, pay Enrolment Deposit (if accepted) and have your child's application confirmed.

Parent Portal

The Sentral Portal is the primary means of communication between school staff and parents/guardians. If you do not currently have access please contact the school admin staff to request access.

Uniform purchases

All uniform purchase are now made through Bob Stewart Uniforms located in Croydon.

Uniform policy

Our uniform is compulsory for all students and has been set by the Heritage College School Board. During Terms 1 and 4 we have a summer uniform which caters for the hot weather and Terms 2 and 3 bring a warmer winter uniform. School sun hats must be worn at recess and lunch times and during outside activities throughout Terms 1 and 4. Download the uniform policy here.

Secondary book lists

Books required for years 7 and 8 in 2022 can be purchased through Lilydale books. Orders completed prior to December 12 will be delivered to the school free of charge.
